Join me on a 4-hour Thich Nhat Hanh inspired silent retreat! Making space in our lives can be a powerful support for the deepening of insight and for touching into deeper states of calm, peace, and compassion. Join Trish Hart, seasoned mindfulness and meditation instructor, for a half-day retreat in which you will be guided in mindfulness practices, silence, a dharma talk, Yoga Nidra, sound, and a time for an ending group discussion. We will follow a simple schedule of sitting, walking, eating (tea & treats) and and lying down in deep rest wioth sound. This workshop is perfect for anyone who is already practicing meditation and would like to explore going deeper into a silent practice. |
