Trish Hart offers a unique combination of instructing both yoga and meditation, and teaching wellness workshops on mindfulness, self care, stress management, breathwork and sleep hygiene to corporations, municipalities and universities.
Her early work surrounded the financial side of clinical programs at Deloitte and Touché, Beth Israel Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds both a BS and a MBA in Healthcare Administration from Boston University. She is a previous marathon runner and has practiced yoga and meditation for almost 20 years to create equanimity in her daily life. Trish is a YACEP and E-RYT 500 yoga instructor in therapeutic essentials, and has completed a myriad of additional mediation, mindfulness and yoga specialty trainings. In addition, she is trained as a Massachusetts General Hospital, Benson Henry Institute (SMART) Stress Management and Resiliency Facilitator, is certified through Duke Integrative Medicine in mindfulness for professionals. She is a regular guest lecturer at The Kennedy School at Harvard University, Emerson College, Massachusetts General Hospital, and many other organizations.
In addition to her private therapeutic yoga and meditation practice, she instructs numerous educational workshops and lectures on mindfulness, stress management, self care, breathwork and sleep hygiene for the MIIA Health Benefits Trust, KGA INC, and privately for groups and corporations under her own entity, Hart Mind Body Solutions.
