I have been in your shoes where the stressors of managing a balance of life was difficult. This is where my journey began... I remember when I went to my annual physical in 2012 (I was in my 40s) and my physician told me that I had high blood pressure. I was shocked....How could this be? I was a marathon runner, ate a fairly balanced diet, and looked so healthy on the outside. Looking more closely, that time was one of the most stressful points of my life. I was raising two small children as a single parent, working, supporting my aging parents, and depleting my body with "hard" exercise. It was the tipping point and wake up call for me...... This instruction is perfect for anyone, but is particularly helpful for those wanting to manage, prevent, and thrive under stress.
