"I first met Trish several years ago at a mind body medicine clinical training that we both attended at Harvard. Trish's intelligence and passion for mind body work was evident to me from the start, and I remember thinking that this was a person I wanted to get to know. So I did. Trish's presentations on the subjects of stress physiology, burnout, sleep, habit formation, and mind body modalities are fueled by her insight, wisdom, humor and creative approach. I would not hesitate to hire her again! WHY A CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAM?
The Problem.... Today more employers than ever are offering corporate wellness programs in the workplace to help their employees combat high stress levels and promote a culture of wellbeing. While stress at work isn’t new, our collective understanding of the way it can impact employee health over time has come a long way. Employees are also more open to receiving stress reduction help from their employer, and in some cases have come to expect it.
The Solution.... Stress is an inevitable part of life, for almost a decade I have been developing and delivering a wide array of interactive and effective training options that provide employers and employees with tools to prevent and reduce workplace stress. Through education, cognitive behavioral techniques and mind body interventions, my programs:
In addition to working for almost decade in Integrative Mental Health, I am trained through Duke Integrative Medicine in Mindfulness, the Benson Henry Institute in Boston as a SMART (stress management and resilency training) facilitator, etc., hold an MBA in Health Care Aministration from Boston University, and have over 20 years working in the health care industry and consulting at Deloitte and Massachusetts General Hospital. For many years, I have been lecturing and providing a wide variety of corporate wellness services to several of the premiere EAP programs in Boston and New England, work privately with many employers, including multiple schools in the Harvard University system, muncipalities, and insurance companies. I look forward to helping you develop and deliver creative ideas for a personalized sustainable corporate wellness program for your organization. |

Trish is so talented at what she does! We have had her speak at the Harvard Kennedy School for several years now on topics ranging from how to manage stress to sleep habits. Trish is a fabulous public speaker and offers content that is easy to understand and includes tips that you can start practicing immediately. I highly recommend Trish to assist with helping staff to be their best selves at work!

Trish has partnered with KGA for the past several years providing wellbeing workshops related to meditation, mindfulness, stress management, burnout, sleep hygiene, and yoga. She continuously does a fantastic job engaging the audience, speaking from expertise, and providing content with meaning. KGA works with numerous organizations to provide wellness workshops, and we have consistently received fantastic feedback about Trish's sessions. On another note, she is great to work with as she is organized, flexible, and genuinely kind.

Trish's dynamic energy coupled with her deep expertise in mind-body modalities and stress management literally moves audiences!
I appreciated Wednesday's talk on stress management by Trish Hart the most. It was so helpful to see diagrams about stress response and have it communicated by such a down to earth professional. I think that discussion was most beneficial to me both personally and professionally. Wellness Wednesday provided fantastic information that I can apply towards my self-preservation that I found both interesting and applicable in both my personal and work life.
Trish Hart was an incredible speaker, inspiring woman, and the information presented was incredibly relevant. I was thrilled Carter's found such a fantastic speaker to participate in Development Week, and share her knowledge with us. The topic was interesting and relevant, highlighted what we need to focus on, and was presented with practices that will help us personally and professionally.
