Whether you are new or rekindling your meditation practice, I work with all levels of experiences. I am a trained instructor of many different styles of meditation including Mindfulness (MBSR & Duke), Ananda Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. I have been meditating for over 20 years, and it is a staple in my daily routine and a game changer in my life.
Personally, I am a devout follower of Thich Nhat Hahn's Plum Village tradition, and regularly participate in the Sangha community of the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center, and silent retreats at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, MA.
I enjoy offering individual, small group and corporate mindfulness and meditation instruction, series, coaching, courses, and lead large group events, such as HUB week in Boston and the Brain Health Institute's Mindful Triathlon.
