About Sleep Soundly
AMAZING! Trish's Sleep Soundly webinar was SO informative and incredibly helpful! In 90 minutes she presented everything that I learned in 6 weeks working with a sleep specialist using cognitive behavior therapy. Trish also included breathing techniques, meditations and yoga poses to help one go back to sleep. I have tried several, and they really help to calm my 3am "monkey mind". Everyone should take this class! Thank you, Trish!

About Just Breathe…
Thank you so much for this class! It was so empowering! I encounter stress and anxiety regularly during my journey through cancer. My spiritual practice helps enormously and being able to Reiki self-treatment is wonderful. Still, I experience “scanxiety” and anxiety during my actual PET scans, due to my claustrophobia. I’ll most definitely will follow your breathing instructions at my next PET scan! So, you have my deep, heart-felt gratitude.

About Managing Anxiety with Yoga
Thank-you Trish! I found the presentation, practice and power point information very helpful. My anxiety has always been triggered from a phobia (claustrophobic) so I have managed that by either avoiding crowds, or checking out a venue ahead of time, or controlling where I sit if a large event sort of thing. I had mentioned last night that COVID has added a different kind of anxiety — worry about our loved ones. I have to think most everyone is experiencing some form of anxiety these days? My mindset has been to just focus on the day or the week, and not worry about the next month or so. That’s the only way I can cope with all of this. I’m thankful for all of the zoom yin, nidra and meditation sessions that you offered from Sedona, and now!! That really helps all of us!

About "Just Breathe"
We rave about Trish Hart's "JUST BREATHE" class!! We appreciated her scientific based approach to understanding relationships between our brains, nervous systems and our breath.
