Whether you are new or rekindling your meditation practice, I work with all levels of experiences. I am a trained instructor of many different styles of meditation including Mindfulness (MBSR) Ananda Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. I have been meditating for over 20 years, and it is a staple in my daily routine and a game changer in my life. I regularly participate in the Sangha community of the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center, and spend time in silent retreats at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, MA.
I enjoy offering individual, small group and corporate meditation instruction, series, coaching, courses, and lead large group events, such as HUB week in Boston and the Brain Health Institute's Mindful Triathlon.
