MEDITATION SESSIONS
Join Trish as she guides a guided meditation practice the will reset your week, provide benefits for the mind and the body, including increased peace, well-being and strength. Being part of our wide circle of community, you’ll feel connected, energized and strong which allow you to keep calm and carry on! Practice will include gentle movement to open the spine and will be 45 minutes.
