I love sharing the gift of meditation, and have been teaching meditation for many years. I am a seasoned instructor in many styles of meditation and my credentials include MBSR trained from Mindful Leader, Big Quiet, UCLA & Duke-Integrative Medicine-Trained in Mindfulness . Kripalu-trained Yoga Nidra guide and an Ananda Meditation Teacher. I am a regular member of the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center community, and participate in many silent retreats LIVE and virtually offered by the Insight Meditation Society.
Join me for this two hour introductory workshop in which you will learn the science and basics of meditation, and enjoy sampling of several different meditation techniques.
