Combine repetitive fluid movement, the slow steep of YIN with candle gazing and a special winter Yoga Nidra meditation practice, and how can't you feel the light in the darkest time of the year? According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the season of winter is represented by the kidneys and element of water. With this workshop, you'll nourish your kidneys, build QI and calm a restless mind by exploring the depths below the surface in Yin and Meditation. Please have small votive candle, lighter, blankets, pillows and an eye covering for this retreat. *There will be a recording provided to a registered attendees that can be enjoyed after the actual workshop, even if you cannot attend. |
