Foundations of Meditation

This course is designed to help individuals learn how to establish and sustain a daily meditation practice. This series is designed for beginners, and is also appropriate for those with some meditation experience, who would like to revisit the basics of meditation, and/or deepen their practice. Each session will include talks, instruction, questions and answers, as well as multiple styles of guided meditation practices. Commitment to all 3 sessions is required.

Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Tea

Join me for a blissful 2 hour practice of Restorative Yoga, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, and tea. Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation with inner awareness that can help you experience a profound release of tension and stress and help you connect with the deep sense of peace that comes from pure and complete relaxation. It is an effortless state of being experienced as a state of pure joy and bliss. Joy is your blueprint and your birthright!
Studies show that about 80% of all illnesses stem from stress. On the most basic level, regular practice of Yoga Nidra is a de-stress program, that can help you experience a profound release of tension, rejuvenate you, refresh you, and help enhance your overall sense of well-being. After a one hour session of Yoga Nidra, you may feel as clear and refreshed as though you’ve enjoyed 3 hours of deep restful sleep.
