About Sleep Soundly 
AMAZING!  Trish's Sleep Soundly webinar was SO informative and incredibly helpful! In 90 minutes she presented everything that I learned in 6 weeks working with a sleep specialist using cognitive behavior therapy. Trish also included breathing techniques, meditations and yoga poses to help one go back to sleep. I have tried several, and they really help to calm my 3am "monkey mind". Everyone should take this class! Thank you, Trish!

About Just Breathe…
Thank you so much for this class! It was so empowering!  I encounter stress and anxiety regularly during my journey through cancer. My spiritual practice helps enormously and being able to Reiki self-treatment is wonderful. Still, I experience “scanxiety” and anxiety during my actual PET scans, due to my claustrophobia. I’ll most definitely will follow your breathing instructions at my next PET scan! So, you have my deep, heart-felt gratitude.

About Managing Anxiety with Yoga
Thank-you Trish! I found the presentation, practice and power point information very helpful. My anxiety has always been triggered from a phobia (claustrophobic) so I have managed that by either avoiding crowds, or checking out a venue ahead of time, or controlling where I sit if a large event sort of thing. I had mentioned last night that COVID has added a different kind of anxiety — worry about our loved ones. I have to think most everyone is experiencing some form of anxiety these days? My mindset has been to just focus on the day or the week, and not worry about the next month or so. That’s the only way I can cope with all of this. I’m thankful for all of the zoom yin, nidra and meditation sessions that you offered from Sedona, and now!! That really helps all of us!

Gary & I just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts and souls for giving us the precious respite of your weekly community meditation. When we were recovering from Covid19 in March we were feeling very low and depleted. The weekly meditation was like a beam of light on a dark night, like the oasis in the desert, like a key to a sacred door. Even if we were having a bad day, we knew that meditation would lift us up and make us well again. Your calm demeanor and soothing voice were the best medicine we could have asked for. It definitely aided our recovery.It was so comforting to see you on Zoom and to see how many others were coming to the spiritual well to get filled up. We’d close our eyes and listen to your voice as you’d take us to the most wonderful places and we could forget our worries and fears for a bit. I have been fortunate to experience Trish Hart as a yoga and meditation teacher and colleague, and more broadly and informally as a health and wellness advisor over the past few years. I am a stage 4 ovarian cancer patient who has been working to heal myself with western medicine and complementary integrative therapies since my diagnosis in 2016. Trish has been a Godsend to me in this pursuit.

 She is a kind, compassionate, and smart instructor who is truly at peace with herself and totally committed to her mission. She is more than a mentor; she is a true witness to spiritual, mental and physical health and wellness. Trish goes out of her way to help students find and refine their meditative and yogic paths but also to refer them to a carefully vetted group of other health and wellness professionals for additional services such as counseling, acupuncture, reiki, and even physical therapy and sports massage as needed.  Trish’s yoga classes –whether in the studio or outside on the beach - are challenging in all the right ways and meet students exactly where they are. She infuses physical movement with exactly the right amount of meditative mindfulness.
 
One leaves class feeling exhilarated yet deeply refreshed. Her mediation classes are carefully planned and structured with equal time devoted to substantive mini-lesson/lecture, guided practice, and discussion/q and a. She supplements classes with written, video and audio materials for students to access at home. Her treatment of the subject matter is thorough but gentle and never intimidating. Participants from entry level to more experienced find themselves engaged and excited about incorporating meditation into their daily lives.
 
Knowing Trish is such a bright and shining spot in my life. Because of her, I now regularly access meditation, reiki, counseling, and bodywork in addition to yoga and acupuncture.  I also am much healthier than most patients who have received four separate lines of chemotherapy treatment and/or have my level of metastatic disease.  I know that Trish’s expertise, advice and counsel are a significant reason why I look and feel so well today. I am and always will be grateful to her for these gifts.

 I went to a workshop on restoring the breath by Stress Management Specialist,  Trish Hermann Hart and learned a variety of breathing techniques.  She was awesome!
