Now more than ever we need our practice to keep us strong and resilient! Join me for an hour of connection, meditation, breathwork, acupressure, tapping and YIN yoga.
Props will make your practice more safe, comfortable and meaningful. You can simply use a pillow, 2 blankets, 2 boxes (same size) of pasta, and a belt. If you would like official props, please jump onto the Yoga Direct website and purchase at a minimum (a mat and 2 blocks) , and 8 ft strap and a round bolster (small or big).
