ONSITE MEDITATION Meditation is a technique for making the mind more stable, peaceful and clear and for developing insight and good qualities. In this four- week series, you will learn and practice a variety of meditation techniques including meditation on the breath, visualization, mantra meditation, guided imagery, and yoga nidra meditation.
