Push your “pause button”, and join our growing South Shore meditation community. Meditation offers a host of benefits for the body and the mind, and by using the collective energy of a group, we amplify its effects. In this 45 minute class students will explore gentle movements, enjoy crystal sounds bowls to prepare the body for meditation, and experience guided meditation followed by a period of silence. This class is intended to support anyone interested in developing and sustaining a regular meditation practice.
Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Tea

Join me for a blissful 2 hour practice of Restorative Yoga and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation with inner awareness that can help you experience a profound release of tension and stress and help you connect with the deep sense of peace that comes from pure and complete relaxation. It is an effortless state of being experienced as a state of pure joy and bliss. Joy is your blueprint and your birthright!
Studies show that about 80% of all illnesses stem from stress. On the most basic level, regular practice of Yoga Nidra is a de-stress program, that can help you experience a profound release of tension, rejuvenate you, refresh you, and help enhance your overall sense of well-being. After a one hour session of Yoga Nidra, you may feel as clear and refreshed as though you’ve enjoyed 3 hours of deep restful sleep.

It takes practice to develop a new habit! By using a combination of classes and home practice, this course is designed to help individuals learn how to establish and sustain a daily meditation practice. This series is designed for beginners, and is also appropriate for those with some meditation experience, who would like to revisit the basics of meditation, and/or deepen their practice. Each class session will include talks, instruction, questions and answers, as well as multiple styles of guided meditation practices. An audio component will reinforce teachings and help student's commit to a daily practice.
