Trish is a 500 hour YACEP in Therapeutic Yoga and has a private practice at the Center for Integrated Counseling and Wellness specializing in mind body techniques for improving mental health. Trish passionately believes in a full body approach to health and wellness. Trish offers stress management skill building, meditation, and therapeutic yoga instruction to empower individuals to progress toward physical and mental health and well-being.
