Sometimes it takes a holiday focused around love to make us think about our own self care!

Discover on Valentine's Day one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself.   YIN is known as the X-Factor and Fountain of Youth for staying active and flexible for our entire lives!  I love teaching YIN! We slow down, steep, and work with connective tissue, fascia and Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian channels.

Come and explore the physical, emotional and mental qualities of the heart in relation to YIN yoga.  In addition, this workshop is all about down regulating stress and will include a guided facial and scalp massage and Yoga Nidra practice.

You will need 2-3 blankets, a block (or 3 inch high book is great too), a bolster (fine if you don't have one.  Also if you have a favorite essential oil bring it along too.
