Trish was an exceptional instructor, and her way of facilitating this meditation training was amazing! She was always prepared, organized and did a great job facilitating our group. I left with a complete understanding of the "why's and how's" of meditation as well as many opportunities for continuing to meditate with community. Enjoy this 3 week series that is designed to help individuals learn how to establish and sustain a daily meditation practice. This series is designed for beginners, and is also appropriate for those with some meditation experience who would like to revisit the basics of meditation and/or deepen their practice.
Each 90 minute session will include talks, instruction, questions and answers, as well as multiple styles of guided meditation practices. There will be a home practice component that will be guided with an audio component as well. All sessions are recorded just in case you miss one or want to follow along at your own pace!
Trish is meditation junkie, and a trained meditation and mindfulness instructor from Duke Integrative Medicine, Ananda, and Kripalu. She has been meditating for over 25 years, is an active member of the Sangha and retreat communities of Insight Meditation Society, and the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center.
