DEEP REST JANUARY SERIES

"DEEP REST" WINTER SERIES  (1/3 restorative yoga and 2/3 Yoga Nidra)

In this virtual practice we weave together an all-levels flowing series of mindful movement, soothing stretches, rejuvenating breathing practices, acupressure, and an extended Yoga Nidra Practice. Yoga Nidra is a relaxing meditation is for all ages and helps you rest, rejuvenate and find your calm center. Proven to relax and heal your body and mind.

Studies show that about 80% of all illnesses stem from stress. On the most basic level, regular practice of Yoga Nidra is a de-stress program, that can help you experience a profound release of tension, rejuvenate you, refresh you, and help enhance your overall sense of well-being. After a one hour session of Yoga Nidra, you may feel as clear and refreshed as though you’ve enjoyed 3 hours of deep restful sleep.​​ 

All you'll need is a pillow, blanket and anything else that makes you feel cozy. We will start with a few restorative yoga poses and then head off to peace.

If you sign up and can not attend all sessions, I will send you a recorded link that will be active for 30 days.
