After a one hour session of Yoga Nidra, you may feel as clear and refreshed as though you’ve enjoyed 3 hours of deep restful sleep.
All you'll need is a pillow, blanket and anything else that makes you feel cozy. We will start with a few restorative yoga poses and then head off to peace.
