Why do we meditate?


Do you want to reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, feel better physically, and find more joy? The practice of mediation is life changing, and is the perfect antidote to our fast-paced lives. Science supports the proven many physical and mental health benefits of meditation!  

I love sharing the gift of meditation, and have been offering this great course for several years!  It is quick, effective and provides the foundations for a lifetime of meditation success!

Enjoy this 3 consecutive day session series that is designed to help individuals learn how to establish and sustain a daily meditation practice.

This series is designed for beginners, and is also appropriate for those with some meditation experience who would like to revisit the basics of meditation and/or deepen their practice.

We will enjoy a small-group community full of practices, meditation basics, science, and connection.  It is a great jump start to creating a 
realistic approach for how you can establish and maintain a daily practice — even with an ultra-busy lifestyle. ​
Each session will include talks, instruction, questions and answers.

There is be a daily home practice component, and after the class to help build the routine in student's lives, there will be an optional 21 day meditation challenge for all graduates with optional accountabilit
